Centercourt Mt. Olive

CLC Impact

CLC Impact focuses on the total athlete, where our goal is to provide the coaching and training necessary for helping develop lacrosse players to reach their full potential and thrive both on and off the field. In order to truly make an IMPACT, it is essential for athletes to not only grow as lacrosse players, but to also become better people who ultimately impact others with the greatness they have developed through CLC Impact.

Meet the Co-Directors of CLC Impact, Vivianne Bolen and Jihanne Radzieski

Vivianne Bolen

Vivianne Bolen joins the Centercourt CLC family after dedicating the past 20+ years to the growth of girls lacrosse in the Northeast.  Originally from Syracuse, NY, Bolen grew up in the Upstate New York lacrosse culture, which opened the door to her collegiate career at Rutgers University.  As a three-year starter on attack, Bolen anchored the Scarlet Knight offense as the team leader in assists her senior year and helped the program reach its highest national ranking in history (11th) at that time.

Bolen then took to the sidelines as an assistant coach for the University of Connecticut under Bonnie Rosen, and later served as an assistant coach at Drew University under Kim Christos (Coaching Staff of the Year; Conference Champions).  From there she moved on to serve as the head coach at Westfield High School, and finally rounded out her coaching career at Mount Olive High School, where she served as head coach for 11 years. During her tenure at Mount Olive Bolen had the good fortune to work with a number of extraordinary young athletes, several having been named to the All Conference and All County teams. She also coached a number of players who went on to play collegiate lacrosse at the division one, two, and three levels. Bolen led the program to three conference championships and was named Daily Record Coach of the Year in 2012 and 2018 and Mugs Media Coach of the Year in 2018.

In 2011, Vivianne Bolen and her sister, Jiji Radzieski, started Impact Lacrosse to further grow women’s lacrosse in the Mt. Olive area through camps, clinics, and private training.  Impact Lacrosse entered the club scene in 2021 and saw immediate success due to their commitment to quality training, developing the whole athlete, and player/coach connections. Their dedication and commitment to lacrosse and growing the game in the surrounding communities perfectly aligns with our mission at Centercourt. Through this new partnership and under the combined leadership of CLC and Impact, we are thrilled to offer even greater opportunities for our female athletes in western Morris County.

Jihanne ‘Jiji’ Radzieski

Jiji is so excited to continue my role as co-director alongside her sister, Vivianne, as they merge with CLC to make an even greater impact on female athletes.  After growing up in Syracuse, NY, Jiji continued playing lacrosse on the women’s club team at Penn State University.  Upon earning her degree in Marketing, she moved to New Jersey to pursue a career in business and ended up changing careers in order to work in education and coach lacrosse.  Her experience in high school coaching for almost a decade, with the last seven years of it as the head coach at Morris Hills High School, came to an end once she and husband, Mike, had their twins, John (JP) and Maya.  She is thankful that her sister and she have built a thriving girls lacrosse training and club team business over the past 12 years that has allowed her to stay involved in the game and influence young athletes.  They are thrilled to take our program to the next level with CLC Impact.
