9:00AM: Strength & Conditioning Programs
10:00AM-12:00PM: On-Court Session 1 (Technical Based)
12:00-1:30PM: Lunch/Academics/Rest
1:30-3:30PM: On-Court Session 2 ( Competitive)
3:30PM: Depart and Academics
Weekends - Players are expected to be registered for USTA, UTR or Practice Matches
