Beginner-Intermediate Level Soccer Classes:
Mini Kicks (4-5 years old)
- A true introductory soccer program. For the newest of soccer players
- A basic class to introduce players to the ball through fun activities and games.
- Parents are required to attend but do not need to participate
Junior Kicks (5-7 years old)
- For the recent Mini Kicks graduates and recreation-level soccer players
- More structured and organized training with a focus on individual technical skills like dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting
Advanced Kicks (5-7 year olds)
- For the recent Junior Kicks graduates and advanced level soccer players
- Continued focus on individual technical skills with the introduction of basic technical skills like positioning, spacing, movement off the ball, and attacking/ defending Intermediate-Advanced Level Classes:
Skill Specific Classes (7-14 years old)
Goalkeeper training
- For players who consider themselves full-time goalkeepers
- All aspects of the position are covered
- GK training prog
Striker training
- Ball striking both on the ground and out of the air.
- All aspects of the attacking position are covered
- Striker training program will work alongside goalkeeper training
Attacker/Defender Training
- Training focused on attacking and defending situations
- Small-sided training competitions and techniques covered
- 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 attacking and defending
Speed and Agility Training
- For all position players
- Soccer-specific speed and agility training
- Training to develop strength, explosiveness, flexibility, speed and height for the game of soccer
Youth, High School and Adult Leagues:

18+, 30+, 40+, 50+ men's
Co-ed
Intramural Leagues (ages 6-10)
Less competitive and open to all abilities
High school soccer leagues (15-18 years Old)
For high school and club soccer teams looking for off-season competition
