UFA is an all-inclusive weekly Flag Football League for all town, club, and high school teams in NJ and surrounding areas, looking to compete in consistent weekly games.
Not part of a team yet? No problem. With our Free Agent program, you can register as an individual player, and we’ll place you on a team. It’s a great way to get in the game, meet new teammates, and experience everything UFA has to offer without needing a full roster.

Our leagues are offered year-round at the K-8th grade levels. Players of all experience and ability levels are welcome to join and should expect to be guided on-field by our dedicated coaching staff as needed.
