Cancellation/Refund Policy & Acknowledgment of Waiver

All refunds are subject to a 7% surcharge.

At the commencement of each session, registrations are final, and no cancellations or refunds will be permitted. Exceptions will be made for extended medical reasons with a doctor’s note provided or relocation of greater than 25 miles from the site of the program.

Summer Camp

All registrations are final.

Summer 2023 Camp Tuition is not eligible for credits or refunds.

Exceptions can be made only for medical issues accompanied by a signed Doctor note (7% surcharge applied).

There are no partial credits for missed days.

Make up days are not guaranteed and will be scheduled for the last week of camp (August 28th) subject to availability.

Requests for week changes are allowed but are subject to camp availability. We need 1+ weeks notification so we can ensure that we are staffed appropriately if we are able to honor the change.

Fees correlated with Client Lesson Cancellations

• More than 24 hours - A Client cancellation of a lesson 24+ hours before the lesson date and time = No Charge
• Less than 24 hours - A Client cancellation of a lesson with less than 24 hours of the lesson date and time = 100% of lesson fee is charged to the client account.

Member cancellation of a lesson with less than 24 hours of the lesson date and time = $75 of cancellation fees is charged to the member account.

Court Reservations

Members - missed court reservations will result in a $25 charge at the Chatham location and a $50 charge at the Florham Park location. Non-Members will be charged $65.

Make-Up Policy (All Programs except Performance)

Make-ups are not guaranteed. For Centercourt members, we will give our best effort to accommodate requests pending class availability. Any potential make-ups will need to be arranged in the current program and cannot carry over to the next session.

Performance Players & Parents

Special Note - Make Ups are not guaranteed and are only awarded for legitimate medical reasons. We require a medical certificate to be eligible for an approved make up. Centercourt maintains a wait list of available times for make ups to be completed. Make ups must occur within the current session. Please contact Ming@centercourtclub.com. Please note all program cancellations require 30 days’ notice. Members receive priority registration on all programs and private lessons.
