VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
Jay Dugan brings more than 20 years of experience in branding, marketing strategy, and business development to his role at Centercourt. His career includes work with globally recognized brands in sports, including a specialty in action sports and entertainment, along with extensive experience with small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.
As the Creative Director of RADICAL, a full-service creative agency, he brings deep expertise in leading teams to create and execute integrated strategies from brand identity and visual communication to digital advertising, experiential activations, and large-scale content initiatives.
Jay believes in shaping brand stories into powerful, consistent experiences that leave a lasting impression on customers. Known for blending strategic insight with creative vision, Jay leads with the goal of building businesses that not only stand out in the marketplace but also earn trust, foster community, and create meaningful relationships with their audiences.
A longtime member of the Centercourt family, Jay has contributed to projects across many of its current offerings, giving him a deep understanding of the organization’s strengths and culture. He’s focused on delivering a strategic approach to marketing across all channels, with a consistent brand voice, elevated storytelling, and an excellent customer experience.
Jay’s commitment to community engagement extends further, serving as the Chairman of the board of Shop Hamilton – Hamilton Township’s business initiative. He is a recipient of the RWJ Young Professional of the Year Award, Hamilton Township Business Volunteer of the Year, and an honoree of the JRH Foundation for the Arts. He currently serves as a board member of multiple non-profits and events in the greater Mercer County area.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys life with his wife Natalie and their two children, Violet and Truett.
