Tom Reszka

Tom Reszka serves as the Director of Growth & Player Development for Centercourt Volleyball in Mt. Olive, bringing more than 20 years of experience in education, leadership, and coaching.

Reszka currently serves as a K–12 District Supervisor in the Mount Olive School District, where his work centers on educational leadership, program development, and supporting students and educators. He also brings experience as a high school volleyball coach, with a strong background in developing student-athletes and building competitive programs.

As a coach and educator, Reszka is passionate about helping athletes grow not only in skill, but also in confidence, leadership, teamwork, and character. His approach is rooted in the belief that successful programs are built through strong relationships, clear communication, accountability, and a positive culture that encourages athletes to challenge themselves and continue improving.

In his role at Centercourt, Reszka is focused on expanding volleyball opportunities throughout the Mt. Olive community, supporting and developing coaches, recruiting and developing athletes, and helping strengthen the overall volleyball program. By combining his experience in education, coaching, program development, and community outreach, his goal is to create meaningful opportunities for athletes to learn, compete, and grow both on and off the court.
