We are excited to add Matt to our Leadership Team as Senior Advisor for baseball. As the Owner, Director, and a coach at Full Count Baseball, Matt has been coaching baseball since 1994 where he started as the Assistant Coach at Piscataway High School. From 1997 to 2001, he was an Assistant Coach at Kean University and then went on to become the Head Coach at Bloomfield College from 2001 to 2008. After Bloomfield, he continued coaching as the Associate Head Coach at Montclair State University from 2008 to 2010. Currently, Matt is the Head Coach at Elizabeth High School and was recently awarded Baseball Coach of the Year in 2022.
