Jihanne “JIJI” Radzieski

CO-DIRECTOR OF GIRLS LACROSSE & CLC IMPACT at MT. OLIVE

My favorite sports memory/moment/event is…… watching and coaching my daughter Maya who is going into second grade. She is learning the game of lacrosse and loving it.  It is really special to see her love and appreciate the sport at such a young age.

After growing up in Syracuse, NY, Radzieski played lacrosse on the women’s club team at Penn State University.  Upon earning her degree in Marketing, she moved to New Jersey to pursue a business career and ended up changing careers to work in education and coach lacrosse.  Her experience in high school coaching for almost a decade, with the last seven years as the head coach at Morris Hills High School, came to an end once she and her husband, Mike, had their twins, John (JP) and Maya.  She and her sister have built a girl’s lacrosse training and club team business over the past 12 years which allowed her to stay involved in the game and influence young athletes.
