VOLLEYBALL COACH – MT. OLIVE
Kylie Flynn is a former NCAA Division I and Division II student-athlete with more than five years of coaching experience. She began her collegiate playing career at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) before completing her career at Dominican University New York.
Most recently, Flynn competed professionally with Philly Flight in the Volleyball League of America (VLA), one of the premier professional volleyball leagues in the United States. She continues to pursue opportunities to compete at the professional level internationally.
Her coaching career began at Allegro Volleyball Club, where she spent four seasons working with athletes across multiple age groups and competitive levels. Most recently, she served as Head Coach of the 17 National team at Central Jersey Volleyball Academy, helping athletes develop their technical skills, volleyball IQ, and confidence on the court.
In Fall 2026, Flynn will continue her coaching journey as a Graduate Assistant for the Women’s Volleyball program at Rutgers University–Newark. Drawing on her experience as both a collegiate and professional athlete, she is committed to a player-centered coaching philosophy that emphasizes skill development, leadership, accountability, and personal growth. Her goal is to help athletes reach their full potential while building the confidence and character needed for success both on and off the court.
