FOOTBALL COACH
Jordon DeCosta is a dedicated football coach with experience at the high school, collegiate, and youth levels. Throughout his coaching career, DeCosta has focused on helping athletes strengthen their skills, expand their understanding of the game, and develop the confidence and leadership needed to succeed both on and off the field.
DeCosta has coached at Morristown-Beard School and Roselle Catholic, gaining experience working with athletes across different ages and competitive levels. He is also the founder of Venom Elite Girls Flag Football, where he has helped create additional opportunities for female athletes to learn, compete, and grow within the sport.
His coaching philosophy emphasizes player development, football IQ, leadership, strength, and confidence. DeCosta strives to create a positive and competitive environment where athletes are challenged to improve, learn from their experiences, and develop a strong understanding of the game.
Through his work with both tackle and flag football, DeCosta is committed to helping athletes build a strong foundation, embrace competition, and reach their potential as players, teammates, and leaders.
