VOLLEYBALL COACH – MT. OLIVE
Cailyn Ross brings experience as a collegiate athlete, college coach, club coach, and clinic director. A native of Whitefish, Montana, Ross played outside hitter at Kean University from 2018 to 2021, helping the Cougars capture the 2018 NJAC Conference Championship. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Kean University.
Ross began her collegiate coaching career as the Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach at Union College of Union County, NJ in 2023 before joining the staff at Drew University for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. In addition to her collegiate coaching experience, she has coached with Impact Volleyball Club for the past five years and has served as both a coach and clinic director with CRUSH Volleyball since 2022.
As a coach, Ross is passionate about creating a positive, growth-focused environment where athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and deepen their love for the game. She emphasizes technical development, mental resilience, teamwork, and helping each player reach their individual goals while contributing to team success.
Outside of volleyball, Ross enjoys traveling, pursuing her passion for art and photography, and spending time with her husband and dog.
