CLC is a year round lacrosse club directed by former collegiate coach Kim Christos. Club lacrosse is for committed players who show a passion and commitment to the game. With Coach Christos at the helm of the program, coaches are inspired to teach the game at a very high level and more importantly to empower players by building their confidence and self-esteem by instilling leadership skills and developing strong positive character.
Coach Christos coached at the collegiate level for 16 years. She was Head Coach at Drew University and the College of William and Mary and Assistant Coach at Brown University and Boston College. During her collegiate coaching career she produced All-American players, won numerous championships and was awarded, Coach of the Year honors within her conference and region. Coach Christos has organized a team of coaches that reflect the level of lacrosse and passion for the game that she embodies.
CLC is a unique program that promotes the development of well-balanced players by giving them the tools they need to succeed on and of the lacrosse field. Technical and tactical skills of the game are taught at a very high level through creative and challenging drills and playing opportunities. Additionally, our mental training seminars aim to provide our athletes with life skills like teamwork, communication and overcoming obstacles. Lastly, recognizing the importance of strength and conditioning in a player’s development, we incorporate group classes for athletic skill development. All the above is included in our holistic approach to CLC.
Appreciating that every player is unique in their developmental trajectory, we also offer personal training and mental conditioning in a one-on-one or small group setting. All of this is done on premises and under the direction of the program director, thereby ensuring proper communication and addressing specific needs while monitoring results on and off the field. For more details please contact the program director.
