Position Specific Training - Marlboro

8 weeks of position specific training. Footwork, stick skills and team concepts for both the attack and defensive side of the game. Groups will be divided based on their assigned position (midfielders will alternate attack and defense each week) and work specific to their position. Groups will work both independently and together throughout the weeks. Attack - shooting, dodging, positional movement. Defense - Footwork, stick skills, positional movement.
