Meet the Director of CLC Pride, Crysti Foote

My name is Crysti Foote and I am the Director of CLC Pride and Girls Lacrosse at Centercourt Morristown. I was born in Mimico, Ontario, Canada but moved to Suffern, New York in middle school. Lacrosse is deeply rooted in my family as my grandfather, dad, uncles, brother, and sister all played and coached. I started playing box lacrosse and switched to field lacrosse when we moved to the US. I went to Suffern High School and played field hockey, basketball, and lacrosse. I then went on to attend The University of Notre Dame and graduated with a business degree. My favorite memory was as a captain senior year; I helped our team go from 3-12 (my junior year) to our FIRST EVER final four appearances as a program. I played in 4 World Cups for Team Canada and played professionally for the Baltimore Ride.

My coaching experience includes high school, club, youth, and college. My collegiate coaching career began at Drew University, with CLC founder Kim Christos, and includes Columbia University, University of Notre Dame, University of Louisville, and the University of Florida. I am currently the head coach at Ridgewood High School and have served as the Head Coach of Under Armour New Jersey for the past four years.

What is CLC Pride?

Pride is the foundation for the culture and standards we look to cultivate as a club. We take PRIDE in what we do and how well we do it because who we know represents not only who we are as a person, but the program as a whole. We don't wear Blue and Green to do things the easy way - we do things the right way. Our focus on the process ensures we always leave the field with our heads held high and having played with Pride.
