My favorite sports event/memory/moment is ... the New England Patriots winning Super Bowl 51, completing the greatest comeback in NFL History.

Rory earned his Bachelor's Degree in Health & Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and also holds a Level 1 Reflexive Performance Reset certification.
Rory has been in charge of all aspects of Strength and Conditioning for CLC for the past year and will be in charge of the rest of team sports as well.
Since the beginning of January 2019, Rory has been a Volunteer Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at NJIT. He was put as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Outdoor Track & Field Throwers and Men's Tennis. He assisted in all aspect of strength & conditioning for the all sports.
Rory is a strong believer that the weight room is more than getting stronger and faster but about impacting athletes in a positive way - to help them achieve success in and out of their sport.
