Matt Ritter is a career educator and coach. He has spent the last 17 years as a teacher of Social Studies and Special Education at Middletown High School North.
As a soccer player, Ritter developed and played for Middletown Soccer Club, was a three-year varsity player at Middletown North, and was a one-year player for the University of Delaware. As a soccer coach, he has coached travel soccer teams and programs since the age of 18, having coached multiple state cup champion and national champion teams. He also coached high school soccer at both the JV and varsity levels for seven years. He was the co-founder of Varsity Soccer Academy and the Director of Operations for CTR Soccer.
