As the head coach of our 8U PRIME flag football team, Coach Carl Felton has led the team to 3 CC championships in their first season. Coach Carl is committed to helping each athlete reach their full potential, providing tailored training plans and one-on-one mentorship. He believes that the development of character and work ethic is just as important as athletic skill, and strives to instill these values in all team members

- Football and coaching philosophy stems from year of leadership training as a cadet at the United States Military Acadamy at West Point from 1995-1999.
