Centercourt’s world-class coaches will design a comprehensive strength and conditioning program to meet the specific needs for your athletes. Each participant will be appropriately challenged to allow for peak performance on the field. Classes will consist of on field conditioning as well as Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Bodyweight, TRX, and High Intensity Interval Training. Sessions will aim to improve athletic performance while taking steps to prevent common sports injuries.
