 2016/2017 WINTER GROUP TRAINING OFFERINGS​

Centercourt’s world-class coaches will design a comprehensive strength and conditioning program to meet the specific needs for your athletes. Each participant will be appropriately challenged to allow for peak performance on the field. Classes will consist of on field conditioning as well as Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Bodyweight, TRX, and High Intensity Interval Training. Sessions will aim to improve athletic performance while taking steps to prevent common sports injuries.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 10 SESSION PACKAGE

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: December 5th – March 3rd

*Sessions will not be run on the following dates: 
Monday 12/26, 1/16, 2/20; Wednesday 12/14, 12/28, 2/1; Friday  12/23,12/30, 2/17

Monday– 3rd-5th grade: 4:30-5:30PM, 5:30-6:30PM
6th-8th grade: 4:30-5:30PM, 5:30-6:30PM
High School: 6:30-7:30PM

Wednesday– 3rd-5th grade: 4:30-5:30PM, 5:30-6:30PM
6th-8th grade: 4:30-5:30PM, 5:30-6:30PM
High School: 6:30-7:30PM

Friday– 3rd-5th grade: 4:30-5:30PM
