Strength & Conditioning


We offer a range of group training sessions that are built into our sports programs, including tennis, soccer, and lacrosse. Each session will focus on the needs of each sport and address key issues which are needed to excel. From pure strength training and injury prevention techniques, to speed and agility training, all of our sessions are designed with our athletes in mind.

Personal Training

We offer 1 on 1 sessions with our Certified Strength and Conditioning Professionals. With these private sessions we can more closely focus on an individual athletes needs. Whether it is pure strength and power work, or a need to increase speed or agility. Sessions last either 30 or 60 mins.

Group Training

Centercourt’s world-class coaches will design a comprehensive strength and conditioning designed to meet the specific needs of each team. Each participant will be appropriately progressed to allow for peak performance on the field. Classes will consist of on field conditioning as well as Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Bodyweight, TRX and High Intensity Interval Training. Sessions will aim to improve athletic performance while taking steps to minimize injury.
