Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise. It is the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout and a social, fun class for players of all ability levels.
Our women’s clinics are designed for players between a 2.0 and 4.5 USTA rating and expose players to a variety of common tennis situations. Players are arranaged by ability level so the group can work on appropriate skills and strategy.
Designed for players new to the game, this 6 week program provides a comprehensive and focused emphasis on teaching the basic stroke fundamentals in a fun and controlled environment.
This clinic features an energetic drill and game based environment for players that have a dependable serve and rally skills.
