My favorite sports event/memory/moment is ... is the finale of a Price Money Tournament, in which I played a game that lasted 4 hours and ended on a 14 match point. After so much effort, I ended up losing the game.
Amaury Gomez began playing tennis at the age of 7 as "ball boy" of the Santo Domingo Tennis Club La Bocha. Amaury started to play in tournaments at the age of 12, earned the title of national champion at the ages of 16 and 18, and was a pre-selection for the Davis Cup team. Amaury represented the Dominican Republic for the Davis Cup team for two years in groups 2 and 3. Amaury coached for 15 years at the La Bocha Tennis Club, while completing multiple tennis certifications, such as PTR and USPTA. Amaury coached at Nike Tennis Sumer camp and the Nick Bollettieri tennis academy where he had the privilege to play with numerous players such as Maria Sharapova, Tommi Hass, Serena Williams and Nicole Vaidisova. Amaury also worked with the professional tennis player WTA, Elina Svitolina (currently number 4 in the world) and with Blaz Rola (currently number 87 in the world). Amaury joined Center Court in 2012.
