My favorite sports event/memory/moment is ... Colombia’s Fed Cup team at a professional level.  The experience was second to none and the opportunity to play for my country is not one many people get and I am very proud of my team’s accomplishments.

Trained at Saddlebrook Tennis Academy in Tampa, Florida, Coach Moreno played for Colombia in the Junior Fed Cup and the Professional Fed Cup against Belgium. Coach Moreno reached a career high of 700 in singles and doubles in the WTA.  At Furman University, Coach Moreno played #1 singles and #1 doubles at the Division 1 level where the women’s team won their conference and finished in the top 50 in the nation her junior year. Coach Moreno graduated in 2015 with a degree in Sociology.

After graduating, Coach Moreno began her coaching career in Charlotte, NC as an assistant director at one of the top country clubs before moving to New York to work.

My coaching philosophy:  I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and motivation to all players, encouraging them to reach their goals in tennis and as a person.  I believe it is important to acknowledge accomplishments and constantly encourage a positive mentality.
